How you can check, download, view and print your PTCL duplicate bills
Are you worried because you did not receive your initial PTCL bills? Don’t worry about why you don’t have it. We have provided a solution to this problem. Here are some techniques for obtaining a duplicate copy of your original PTCL bills. If you need assistance, you can make a complaint here.
Follow the steps outlined below to download Landline Bills, Broadband Bills, and Evo PTCL bills. Furthermore, you can print and examine copies of bills.
Instructions for downloading bills:
We have provided you with three categories of PTCL bills; select your desired option and click on it.
There will be two input fields.
- If you need an EVO bill, enter your MDN number (with area code) in the first input form and your ESN number in the second.
- For duplicate bills for landline and broadband: In the first input field, enter your phone number (no area code). In the second input form, enter your account number (which can be found on your previous bill).
- Now, press the “Search” button (located below both input areas).
- After following the methods above, you will receive a current bill with a history of previous bills in no time.
- Now download your bill.
What is ESN Number:
The ESN number is an abbreviation for Equipment Serial Number. The manufacturer encoded it electronically in the device, allowing it to be identified uniquely.
What’s the MDN number?
If you are an EVO Wingle / Charji customer, your username will be your MDN. IT stands for Mobile Serial Number, which consists of ten digits. Every system or device that can accept a SIM card requires it.
How can I locate my MDN and ESN numbers?
Slide your device’s back cover to reveal your MDN and ESN inscribed on it. You can also find your MDN number by installing the PTCL EVO program on your system.
